Students when filling  the Application form should state clearly the title of the course and month/year
you wish to join. The completed Application Form must be returned with, copies of relevant
certificates and the registration and application fee to OCL.

In order to apply for a course at Oxford College, you need to submit your application form along with
the following documents:

• Copies of your previous certificates
• Copy of Passport
• Two passport size photographs.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Once the admission office receives your application form, it usually
takes 2-3 working days to process the application once it has been
approved by the relevant Course Leader.
Letters of acceptance, Terms & College policies are dispatched to the
student by special courier service.

After receiving the Bank Draft/ Debit or Credit card payment towards
tuition fees minimum £1000 fwe will issue the following documents to
the student.

• Conditional Letter of Acceptance
• Fee policy letter
• Certificate of Enrolment
• Visa support letter
• Confirmation of accommodation
Refund Policy:

Tuition fees are only refundable if the student has been refused entry clearance/visa to the UK.
This refund will be paid after administrative charge deduction of £100.
